Developed by educators and industry leaders, the ProStart program aims to improve the quality of our professionals by increasing the number of educated, experienced, and interested employees in the restaurant and food service industry. Throughout  the program, high school students learn the many career paths available to them, gain the skills needed to succeed, and receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work and commitment.
